I got sent the link to a video last week that I have just got around to watching.
If you like to know how the cultural movement that you are a part of was engendered then this really is worth a watch. Even though elements of the "scene" are deemed to be "underground" this shows you what a global movement this whole Techno thing is......



The film is called 'The Creation of Techno' and focuses mainly on the triumvirate that is Kevin Saunderson, Juan Atkins and Derrick May. It also touches on the 2nd wave of techno artist coming from Detroit such as Underground Resistance and Rob Hood and then moves on to Hawtin and Acquaviva....
