This weekend in London...

Tim Sheridan is to some, what milk is to tea, what Terry Wogan is to Radio, and what khaki shorts were to Steve Irwin. Yes, these sure enough, are effortless comparisons of the world around me; free from veneer, discrepancy and split. The only split you'll find in Tim's work, is the one moving down the soles (and souls) of his Veryveryverywrong army, as they dance their feet into a non existance, showing an incapability of holding it together when his nimble finger tips get stuck in and cause us all some much needed damage; we readily salute your movement.

It's with this in mind, that you must understand why we get a little weak in the knees when we hear of projects like 'VVWI Limited Love Orchestra'.

This electronic-quartet consists of Tim, Craig "The Machine" West, Robert Lavers, and Emlyn Vaughan, each of them accompanied by keys, digital controls, bass, and sax + FX (the latter exciting me the most).

"Tim Sheridan is to some, what milk is to tea, what Terry Wogan is to Radio, and what khaki shorts were to Steve Irwin."

Little has been said on the project and its members, other than they are sourced from 'Leeds College of Music' (Tim's hometown and mine! Touch) and will be playing a selection of Tim's own tracks from over the years, in a "real" live show.

You can catch the performance peaktime @ Matter this Saturday 7th November '09 alongside: Trentemoller (Dj Set), Shlomi Aber, Will Saul, Yousef, Djuna Barnes, DJ T.O.M., and DJ Lab.
